Welcome
Rehabitaire helps you stay on track with the home exercise programme your physiotherapist has given you. It guides you through your exercises, keeps a record of what you did and how you felt, and keeps your therapist updated between visits.
Rehabitaire started with one simple goal, helping people stick with the exercises their physiotherapist gives them. Over time we hope to grow into a broader companion for your care, connecting more of your health information, working more closely with your care team and supporting your wellness beyond exercise. For now, what you see here is what Rehabitaire actually does today.
Who Rehabitaire is for
Rehabitaire is for patients who have a home exercise programme from a physiotherapist, and for the therapists who prescribe and monitor that programme. Please only use Rehabitaire for exercises assigned to you by your own physiotherapist, not to design your own programme or guess at what might help.
If you are using Rehabitaire on behalf of a child or someone in your care, you are responsible for their use of it, and these terms apply to you as well as them.
How you get access
Rehabitaire is often offered through a physiotherapy clinic or a healthcare partner who gives you access as part of your care. If that is how you got here, these terms still apply to you directly. Any separate agreement between Rehabitaire and that clinic or partner does not change your rights and responsibilities under these terms.
What Rehabitaire does today
Rehabitaire guides you through the exercises your physiotherapist assigned, for the frequency and duration they set, and records what you completed, how you felt and any pain you reported. It does not check or correct your exercise form or body positioning, and you should not rely on it for that.
Rehabitaire is a tool to help you stay consistent with home exercise. It does not diagnose, treat or make medical decisions for you. All clinical decisions about your care remain with your physiotherapist.
Your account
You sign in using a one-time code sent to your phone over WhatsApp. Keep your phone and account secure and tell us at cs@rehabitaire.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may pause or close accounts that have been inactive for a long time.
Your sessions and your data
What we keep is your performance data: which exercises you did, how many you completed, how you felt and any pain you reported. This builds your progress history and is what your therapist sees.
Rehabitaire does not use your camera. We do not record video of you and we do not watch you exercise. If that changes, we will tell you first and ask before anything is switched on.
How long we keep your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to cs@rehabitaire.com. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
Your responsibilities
Please use Rehabitaire honestly and as intended.
- Only do the exercises your physiotherapist has assigned you.
- Do not share your account or let someone else exercise under your profile.
- Do not try to access other people’s data or copy or take apart the software.
- Do not use Rehabitaire for anything other than your own exercise programme.
- Let us know if something in the app seems wrong, unsafe or inaccurate.
Exercise safety
Exercise carries some risk. Follow your physiotherapist’s instructions and stop right away and contact your physiotherapist or a doctor if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or anything else that concerns you.
Rehabitaire is not a healthcare provider and does not review your programme before it is assigned. That clinical judgment belongs to your physiotherapist. Your use of Rehabitaire, including any exercise you do while using it, is at your own discretion and risk, to the extent the law allows.
No guarantees
Rehabitaire is provided as is. We work hard to make the app accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be perfect, or that it will never have interruptions or errors.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Rehabitaire is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Ownership and feedback
Rehabitaire’s software, exercise library and content belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You get a limited personal right to use Rehabitaire, nothing more. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them to improve Rehabitaire without owing you anything for it.
A few more basics
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about using Rehabitaire. If one part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. You cannot transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else, and if we do not act on something right away, that does not mean we are giving up that right later.
Changes, pausing and ending your use
We may update these terms, or change, pause or end any part of Rehabitaire, as the product develops. We will try to give you reasonable notice of significant changes. We may also pause or end your access if these terms are not followed. You can stop using Rehabitaire at any time by simply not using it, or by asking us to close your account at cs@rehabitaire.com.
Cookies
We use cookies to see how this website is used, so we can make it better. We ask before we set them. If you decline, the site works exactly as it did and nothing is recorded. You can change your mind by clearing your browser data for this site and choosing again.
If you join a waitlist or message us
If you leave your name and mobile number on a waitlist form, we use them only to contact you about Rehabitaire. We do not sell them or pass them to anyone else. Ask us to remove you at any time at cs@rehabitaire.com and we will.
If you message us on WhatsApp from a button on this site, we receive your message and your phone number, and we keep that conversation so we can follow it up. WhatsApp’s own terms cover the message while it is with them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to cs@rehabitaire.com and we will answer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, with courts in Cairo handling disputes, subject to any protections that cannot be contractually waived.
